It is compact, flexible, easy to deploy and has high performance, meeting the requirements for equipment performance and size in compact data centers. The device adopts advanced industry technologies to provide customers with efficient EPON solutions, featuring high bandwidth utilization and strong Ethernet service support capabilities, helping operators provide reliable service quality to users. It supports mixed networking of different types of ONUs, which can save users a lot of costs.
Functional Features
Miniaturization, low cost, and flexible deployment
The BL-E5800-16P is fixedly configured with 16 PON ports, each of which supports a maximum split ratio of 1:64. The entire device can support up to 1024 ONU connections. The maximum transmission distance is 20 kilometers (not exceeding a 1:32 split ratio).
The BL-E5800-16P small OLT device adopts the DBA dynamic bandwidth allocation function implemented based on hardware, featuring reliability and efficiency. The system supports multiple LoID configurations for each ONU and can configure multiple priority-level scheduling queues in both upstream and downstream directions, fundamentally ensuring that high-priority services receive the best QoS guarantee.
The BL-E5800-16P system supports automatic discovery and registration of ONUs, automatic loopback testing for individual links, VLANs based on ports and protocols, IGMP Proxy and Snooping functions, port-based ACL packet filtering and classification, as well as port-based traffic control and shaping, offering a wealth of operational and management features.
The BL-E5800-16P supports centralized management by our company's comprehensive network management platform EMS software; it also supports local command-line management, SNMP management, and Web management. The EMS network management is designed based on the C/S architecture and features complete network management functions. It supports automatic network topology, manual topology modification, system alarm and alarm log filtering and saving, operation log classification query and saving output, database backup and recovery, real-time monitoring of service performance, and historical record query. It also supports online software upgrade for OLT and ONU.
The BL-E5800-16P is simple and easy to use. By default, the device can work normally as soon as it is powered on, and the ONU will register automatically without the need for additional configuration. After the device is deployed, the operation status can be monitored and necessary business configuration operations can be performed through the remote management platform.
