The "one network" for highway networked toll collection in Guangdong Province refers to the adoption of a combined toll technology compatible with electronic non-parking toll (ETC) and manual semi-automatic toll collection, integrating all highways in the province into a unified closed toll collection system. Through vehicle ambiguous path identification technology,"unified charging and system splitting" are implemented for each toll road operation and management unit, realizing the high-standard operating needs of "precise charging and precise splitting."

        For this purpose, a company has developed a "5.8G DSRC free flow marking point lane system". The system adopts a two-layer architecture, that is, the front-end identification point system is connected to the supporting management system of the road section center to complete data interaction between the two to realize identification flow aggregation and front-end monitoring and management functions; in addition, the system uses a single-row portal and The layout plan of dual ordinary antennas, combined with the two-stage/continuous collaborative processing electronic label transaction processing control method, solves the problem of path identification processing for ETC vehicles in free flow.

Connect to the communication transmission channel of nearby outfield equipment, or lay optical cables to nearby communication rooms such as toll stations and service areas;2) Through wireless transmission (GPRS/CDM).


        Bai-link provides the high-speed industrial Ethernet switch BL-IES208 in this system. The BL-IES208 is an ultra-thin Gigabit Industrial Ethernet switch that provides 8 10/100/1000Base-T(X) ports. The rich port configuration can connect outfield identification units, high-definition network cameras, high-definition bayonet all-in-one machines and ETC identification points along the road to the road toll center system. In addition, the system can monitor and alarm abnormal status of outfield equipment, software and communication at the identification point based on the equipment status information uploaded by the ETC identification point identification processing system.

        BL-IES208 supports redundant power inputs, relay fault output alarm systems, and a wide temperature of-40 to 85 ℃, which ensures stable operation of the product in the environment and ensures that the system will not experience data loss under network, power distribution abnormalities, etc., thereby ensuring the integrity of the data. The BL-IES208 series is small in size, only 36 (width) x 124.9 (depth) x 154.3(height) mm. It supports rail installation and can also be effectively installed in existing cabinets without taking up too much space. It has a very good price/performance ratio.
