After-sales service:
1. When you purchase Bai-link products, Bai-link technical service department will provide you with detailed product principle introduction, equipment usage instructions, common fault maintenance and other professional training. We will also pay regular return visits to you to keep abreast of the operation of Bai-link products and collect your opinions on Bai-link products.
2. For any technical problems that arise during your use, Bai-link's technical service department promises to provide fast and thoughtful technical service support. You can contact us through technical support and online customer service. Bai-link promises to provide a quick reply within 8 hours after receiving the request.
3.Bai-link maintenance department will complete the repair within 7 working days from the date of receiving the repair products. For those with a repair quantity of more than 10Pcs, the repair will be completed within one month. If maintenance cannot be completed on schedule due to special reasons, Bai-link technical service department will inform you in writing.
Special statement:
1.Bai-link Company is not responsible for door-to-door collection of maintenance products.
2. The responsibilities of Bai-link products in terms of manufacturing, sales, supply and use are limited to the product itself, and Bai-link does not assume responsibilities beyond the value of the product.
3. The above service commitments only apply to the products sold by Bai-link in the mainland of China.
4. If after-sales service terms or contracts are separately agreed upon when the product is sold, the service terms or contracts confirmed by Bai-link shall prevail.
5. For other commitments made to you by dealers and agents other than Bai-link guarantees, please ask for written proof at the time of purchase so that your additional commitments can be fulfilled.
