1. Within one month (including one month) from the date of sale, you can choose to return, replace or repair Bai-link products and their accessories that cannot be used normally due to quality problems.

A. If you need to return the product, please return the purchased product, all accessories and the invoice to Bai-link Company. Bai-link will refund you at the purchase price and return you free of charge. If the products or accessories you send back are incomplete, the cost will be charged;

B. If you need a replacement, please send the purchased products or accessories together with the invoice back to Bai-link Company. Bai-link will replace the product for you free. If you send back incomplete products or accessories, you will need to charge the cost. If you replace the same model product, you do not need to send back the invoice;

C. If you need repairs, please send the purchased products or accessories back to Bai-link, and Bai-link will repair them for you for free.

 

2. Within one year (including one year) from the date of sale, you can choose to replace or repair Bai-link products that cannot be used normally due to quality problems.

A. If you need a replacement, please send the purchased product and the invoice back to Bai-link Company. Bai-link will replace it for you free. If you send back incomplete products or accessories, you will need to charge the cost. If you replace the same model product, you do not need to send back the invoice;

B. If you need repair, please send the purchased product back to Bai-link Company, and Bai-link will repair it for you for free.

 

3. Bai-link industrial communication products are provided with warranty service within two years (inclusive) from the date of sale.

 

4. During the warranty period, you need to pay the freight to Bai-link Company, and Bai-link is responsible for paying the freight to the user or dealer. Outside the warranty period, you will need to pay the incoming freight, and Bai-link will provide you with lifelong maintenance services based on the maintenance cost.

 

5. Products repaired by Bai-link can enjoy another 6 months of warranty service. Bai-link will provide after-sales service according to the maximum warranty expiration date of the product.

 

6. When you mail the product or accessory back to Bai-link Company, you must bear the risks that occur during transportation. It is recommended that you use the original packaging or a packaging method with the same protective effect to send the product, which can effectively reduce risks and losses during transportation;

 

7. When any of the following circumstances occurs, you will not be able to enjoy after-sales warranty services:

The product has expired its warranty period.

Damage caused by natural force majeure such as lightning strikes, floods, earthquakes, etc.

Failure to use or test the product correctly in accordance with specified requirements.

Change product hardware and software without company authorization.

The product was damaged during repair.

Deliberately damaging the product.

Non-Bai-link products.

 

Special attention:

1. Product sold:

The factory date indicated on the Bai-link product warranty card shall prevail. If you cannot provide a valid certificate, please provide the serial number of the product or contact Bai-link's technical services department.

2. Bai-link industrial communication products:

Refers to industrial Ethernet switches and industrial fieldbus communication network products produced by Bai-link.

3. Product accessories:

Bai-link products are equipped with various accessories. Such as network management cable, A220 power cable, serial port connection cable, driver CD, manual, etc.
